You must have taught him well.Karenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14772596888093079960noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3399233313139979985.post-19126130933254568062010-07-05T18:14:17.122-05:002010-07-05T18:14:17.122-05:00I have 3 children. Our two sons started working on a farm when they were 14, years old. Later on one worked for a bank and the other worked at a grocery store. They all three have excellent work ethics some 20 years later. She did work around the house, helped with her siblings, and she did babysit. But that was it, no outside jobs, I really did not want her to. She did get a job when she was 17, and at college, because she needed a car and an apartment.

Now, my oldest son will be working all summer. All he can do now is odd jobs and extra things around our home, which we pay him for (not much but I feel the extras should get a bit).

Makes you feel really good to know that your son has been taught well.Just an Average American Momhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04817766570586636088noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3399233313139979985.post-40837639132149312552010-07-01T07:32:37.803-05:002010-07-01T07:32:37.803-05:00My oldest turns 13 next summer. It is also good to teach them how to save and spend money! I'd say your loving parents!Daniellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16204690380220310333noreply@blogger.com
